This is a picture of a lung cancer patient. Please look at the nodule... you can see irregular border and...take a closer look ---> you can also see some "sun ray" like lines around the nodule. This is malignant look.
What if the patient came to see you about counselling (or second opinion); he came with uncertainty in diagnosis.
What else can you see from this film? Your plan? Why? Any alternatives?
