This is a case of 10-year old boy who came to the hospital with fever and right pleural effusion. With some investigations (no need to go into details), he underwent surgery because there was suspicious about a posterior mediastinal mass he had. After the operation, mediastinal mass removal, he had been doing well however, the pathological report was sarcoma. (Rare disease!!!)
The point is....this is a film after he had 2 coursed of chemotherapy. Look at the mass. They both are pleural masses.
I'm gonna show you the angle the lower mass has made to the chest wall, obtuse angle.
